- Susan Lester (Intellectual Property/2014) joined Otis Elevator as senior director, ESG in August 2023.
- Erin Norby (Health Care//2009) was promoted to associate general counsel at Northshore University Health System in September 2023.
- Raymond Rushing (Product Liability & Mass Torts/2018) was featured in the September 25, 2023, issue of Modern Counsel (Raymond Rushing Dreams Big - Modern Counsel (modern-counsel.com). Raymond currently serves as corporate counsel of litigation at Cummins.
- Kathy Shaw (Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation/2013) joined Lathrop GPM as counsel in July 2023.

- Amy Grewal Dunn (Litigation/2017) joined United Airlines as privacy counsel in October 2023.
- Justin Hay (Corporate/2019) joined Bass, Berry & Sims in August 2023.
- Laura O’Donnell (Labor & Employment/1996) joined Verily as chief legal officer in July 2023.
- Rebekah Ramirez (Labor & Employment/2018) started a new position as administrative law judge at the National Labor Relations Board in August 2023.

- Judy Branham (Litigation/2007) joined Redgrave LLP as counsel in October 2023.
- Marlon Cush (Corporate/2007) joined Gravie as deputy general counsel in August 2023.
- Renee Dotson (Finance & Restructuring/2007) was promoted to senior vice president and general counsel, business counsel, legal affairs at 3M in October 2023.
- Jesse Klick (Finance & Restructuring/2009) founded Klick & Primmer PLLC in September 2023.
- Keri Boling McGee (Product Liability & Mass Torts/2019) was named to Arkansas Business News’s “40 Under 40” list in June 2023 and Talk Business & Politics’s “Forty Under 40” list in August 2023. Kerri is currently lead senior counsel, food law for The Kraft Heinz Company.
- Nicole Murphy (Finance & Restructuring/2013) joined AB InBev as global director, legal new business in October 2023.
- Michael Sawers (Litigation/2018) was promoted to assistant deputy director, procurement collusion strike force for the U.S. Department of Justice in October 2023.
- Joshua Turner (Litigation/2018) was appointed to serve as the acting solicitor general for Idaho Attorney General Raúl Labrador in October 2023.
- Lora Whitehouse (Finance & Restructuring/2001) joined Provation as general counsel in August 2023.

- Michael Behan (Commercial Litigation/2000) was promoted to senior development advisor, United States Mission to the United Nations Geneva, in August 2023.
- Joseph Ferino (Corporate & Securities/2008) joined Brach Eichler as a member in September 2023.

- Andrew Grumet (Corporate & Securities/2015) joined Holland & Knight as a partner in October 2023.

- Jeff van Bastelaar (Corporate/2003) joined A. Duie Pyle, Inc. as deputy general counsel in October 2023.
- Anthony Donofrio (Corporate/1996) started his own consulting business, Tomorrow’s Business & Legal Scholars, in September 2023. He offers coaching, mentoring and teaching services primarily to college and high school students who are interested in careers in business, investing or law.
- Ginene Lewis (Litigation/2013) was the recipient of the DEI award from the Black Women in Asset Management (BWAM) 40 under 40 awards in October 2023. The BWAM 40 Under 40 Awards recognizes inspiring and innovative professionals under the age of 40 who have shown leadership and demonstrated strong achievements in their careers. Ginene is currently assistant general counsel, head of business unit litigation at Vanguard.
- Jessica Norman (Real Estate/2011) joined Tanger Outlets as executive vice president, general counsel & secretary in September 2023.
- Vishal Shah (Insurance/2015) opened his own firm, Shah Litigation, PLLC, in August 2023.
- Audrey Taranto (Corporate/2004) was recognized for Innovative Leadership as part of Corporate Counsel’s 2023 Women, Influence and Power in Law Awards. Audrey and other award recipients were recognized at an awards dinner on October 18. Audrey is currently general counsel for Enstar Group.
- Jay Volk (Corporate & Securities/1996) joined etherFax as executive vice president – healthcare innovation and strategy in September 2023.

- Christine Murphy (Government Relations/2004) was promoted to chief policy officer at the American Academy of Nursing in August 2023.
