Each of our offices has its own personality, but something that we all share is a civic commitment to our communities and each other. Our lawyers and professionals take part in community service initiatives that include volunteering as weekly reading buddies with schoolchildren, Friday jeans day fundraisers, winter clothing drives and charity races and tournaments for various causes. Some of our offices host monthly staff lunches, sponsor employee softball teams and participate in events such as Take Our Sons and Daughters to Work Day.

We focus on hiring the strongest talent in the market, and we provide training, feedback and mentoring to our employees. We have a program that provides staff with educational sessions on how each of their roles fit into the operation of the firm and the delivery of excellent service to our clients. Each of our department leaders encourages and motivates their employees to build their skills and advance within the firm. We are proud of the long service of many of our staff members, with 43 percent of our staff members having been with the firm for 10 years or more. We have many success stories of staff who have worked to develop their skills and found opportunities for advancement within the firm.


We recognize that having strong team members in the administrative departments is critical for the success of the firm. In addition to the attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants that are generally associated with a law firm, we have roles in a wide variety of administrative departments including Accounting, Human Resources, Information Services, Marketing/Business Development, Records, Facilities (mailroom, copy center, etc.) and other administrative departments.
