We represent both the sources of capital, which include lenders and equity investors, and the users of capital, including developers and long-term owners of real estate assets, on projects across the country. Our experience extends to all asset types, including hotels, office buildings, single-family and multifamily residential developments, retail centers, industrial properties, apartment buildings, warehouses and health care facilities.

We regularly handle sales and acquisitions for REITs, pension funds, opportunity funds, private equity funds, national developers and other investors. We are skilled in the formation of joint ventures, including the unique issues raised in the formation of ventures between institutional investors and more risk tolerant development companies. We have experience working with unique assets such as mixed-use projects, air rights and subdivided and condominium interests.

We represent lenders throughout the country. Our real estate finance experience includes conventional term mortgage, bridge and construction financing, participating and shared appreciation mortgages and mezzanine financing. Our real estate lawyers have substantial experience representing lenders in projects involving multiple financing sources and are skilled in financings involving condominium hotels, multistate portfolios, office and industrial condominiums and tenant-in-common structures.

Construction and Permanent Financing
