Our software services team offers a full range of legal support to software vendors and service providers, including negotiating license agreements and services contracts, project management advice during ongoing implementation projects and litigating disputes arising from software implementations, alleged software defects, and licensing issues.

We pride ourselves on creative solutions to complex software licensing and implementation issues. We routinely engage with clients, both small and large, to ensure that their services contracts properly capture project scope and appropriately assign project roles and responsibilities between provider and customer. Our team is often engaged to handle project escalation issues and have successfully worked with our clients and their customers to resolve issues without litigation, thus ensuring successful project completion.

When litigation is the only alternative, our team has the experience and drive needed to successfully handle complex, high exposure software cases. We have done this in a variety of forums, both domestically and abroad. Just as importantly, we have the resources to appropriately scale and tailor our services to clients of all sizes.

We also regularly advise software industry clients on developing insurance and risk management programs and ensuring that proper coverage is in place for all products and services being offered.
