Below are selected documents from the putative class action lawsuit commenced on October 2, 2014, by Frederick Barton Danner against Caesars Entertainment Corporation (CEC) and Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Inc. (CEOC) in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Case No. 14-cv-7973.
The lawsuit asserts claims for (1) breach of contract, (2) declaratory judgment that the 2016 Notes Supplemental Indenture is ineffective, invalid and void and that the 2016 Notes Indenture is in full force and effect, (3) violations of the TIA, and (4) breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing.
