Associate

Zoë E. Klugman is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group.   

Zoë has represented corporations in intellectual property, securities, and other complex litigation.  Representative experience includes:

• drafting summary judgment briefs in a case involving a disputed merger transaction;
• drafting pleadings and discovery requests in a patent infringement action against a major car manufacturer and its supplier; and
• navigating procedural aspects of international litigation involving the Hague Convention, including obtaining evidence abroad, serving process on a German corporation, and recognizing that the service on a Canadian client was defective.

In General.  Zoë received her B.A. from Yale University and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an associate editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law and participated in the Reproductive Rights Law Project.
