B. Todd Vinson is a partner in the Products Liability & Mass Tort Practice Group.  His practice focuses on civil litigation, including products liability and commercial litigation matters.  Todd represents clients in federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, including multi-district litigation and class action matters.  He served as first-chair lead trial counsel in a trial involving commercial law claims.  Todd has successfully prepared and argued an appellate brief before the Illinois Court of Appeals and numerous dispositive motions in federal and state courts, including the successful defense of an attempted national class action involving the Illinois Consumer Fraud & Deceptive Business Practices Act.  He has taken and defended depositions in multiple-defendant matters involving products liability and commercial law claims. 

Todd served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. K. Michael Moore, U.S. District Court Judge, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, in Miami, Florida.
