Susan M. Sharko is a certified civil trial attorney and a partner at Drinker Biddle in the firm’s Florham Park, New Jersey office.  Susan concentrates her practice on products liability. She has been appointed as liaison and lead counsel in state, federal and MDL pharmaceutical litigation and has successfully argued both Daubert and class action motions.

Susan, who is consistently recognized by Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in the area of Products Liability in New Jersey, is past president of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey, a trustee of the Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey, a master in the William J. Brennan, Jr. — Arthur Vanderbilt Inn of Court, the former chairperson of the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Trial Attorney Certification and the District X Fee Arbitration Committee, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, listed in Best Lawyers in America and New Jersey, and a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel.

She is a graduate of Lehigh University and New York University School of Law and was a law clerk to now retired New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Robert L. Clifford.
