Counsel

Siobhan Cullen is counsel in the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. Siobhan is also a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. Her practice is concentrated in complex litigation and she has experience in the areas of labor and employment, pharmaceutical and medical device liability, telecommunications and unfair competition/consumer fraud.

Siobhan provides advice and counsel to employers on various issues including discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, privacy issues, overtime, acquisitions, commissions, non-compete agreements, terminations, lay-offs, and leaves of absence. She has represented employers in state and federal court proceedings, mediations and labor commission proceedings and has conducted workplace investigations. In addition, Siobhan has represented non-party employees in state court proceedings and arbitrations.

Siobhan has worked as local and national defense counsel in several prominent litigations involving medical products and prescription medications. She has also defended institutional clients in medical malpractice matters. She has specific experience in the retention and development of expert witnesses. Siobhan has also assisted in the preparation of expert disclosures as well as deposition and trial testimony.

Memberships. Siobhan is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.

In General. Siobhan is a member of BIOCOM, the San Diego Lawyers Club and the San Diego County Bar Association. She also participates in the Louis M. Welsh Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
