Ryan C. Tzeng is an associate in the firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, he was an employee benefits associate at Reish & Reicher.
Ryan’s practice focuses on assisting public and private sector plan sponsors, third party administrators, and other pension service providers on a wide range of employee benefits matters, including tax-qualified retirement plans, nonqualified plans and service agreements. He also advises clients in matters, involving compliance under 404(c) of ERISA, reporting and disclosure, determination letter applications and voluntary correction program applications, and qualification of state domestic relations orders.
Prior to law school, Ryan worked as a third party administrator and consultant in an employee benefits firm in Northern California.
In General. Ryan earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School and received his B.S. in managerial economics from University of California, Davis. While in law school, he was senior production editor for the
Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review.
