Associate

Rubeena S. Sehgal is an associate in the firm’s Private Client Group.  She joined Drinker Biddle from a New York City firm where she focused her practice on trusts and estates.  Previously, she was a senior tax associate for Arthur Andersen’s private client services department.

Estate Planning and Administration.  Rubeena practices in the areas of tax and estate planning concentrating on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues.  She has experience drafting various estate planning instruments, including wills, various trusts, durable powers of attorney and advance directives for health care.  Rubeena advises fiduciaries with respect to probate matters, trust accounting and the administration of trusts and estates.

Bar Admissions.  Rubeena is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey and before the U.S. Tax Court.

In General. Rubeena earned her J.D. from New York Law School.  She received a bachelor’s degree in finance and political science from Rutgers University.
