Marvin Garfinkel, of counsel in the Philadelphia office, will teach a CLE program, “Real World Document Drafting® – Form, Style & Substance,” on July 12 at the NJ Law Center in New Brunswick, N.J.. Marvin will discuss the principles and skills behind drafting and negotiating, as well as how to achieve clarity in writing legal documents. The course is aimed helping lawyers and other professionals reduce the possibility of litigation and comprehend legal documents so they can better help outline business relationships.
