Chicago partners Michael Rosenbaum, Doug Swill and David Wolfe, presented at the Healthcare Executive and Physician Compensation Seminar, “How Does Your Organization’s Executive and Physician Compensation Package Measure Up” at Drinker Biddle’s Chicago office, April 13-14, 2011. The two-day seminar, hosted by Sullivan Cotter, was intended for board members, executives and senior human resource professionals, and was designed to serve as a complete source of information about how to structure and review compensation programs. Each seminar participant received a copy of SullivanCotter’s national survey of executive compensation in health care organizations.
