NASFAA Annual Conference

Washington, D.C., partner Charles Leeper and counsel Jonathan Tarnow spoke at the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators’ annual conference July 6 in Orlando. The session, “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner? Best Practices In Dealing With Program Reviewers, Inspector General Agents, the FBI, and Other Special Guests,” discussed practices for managing both expected and unexpected visits to the financial aid office from law enforcement or regulatory authorities. The conference is attended annually by nearly 3,000 college financial aid directors.
