Joan Koenig was a featured speaker at the 2008 Mid-Year Conference of the Agricultural Transportation Coalition (AgTC) in Chicago, where she spoke on the Automated Export System (AES) rules. She discussed the mandatory electronic filing of export information, how the rules governing AES filings have changed, and what AgTC members should know and do to comply with the rules and avoid major fines.
