John Smith, a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Group, was recently a speaker during a seminar on U.S. patent reform legislation. "Overview of the Proposed U.S. Patent Reform Legislation," was held July 25 in Tokyo Japan. Robert J. Hollingshead of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP co-presented with Mr. Smith.
