Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and Licensing Deals: Overcoming Antitrust Hurdles

M. Howard Morse, partner and co-chair of the firm's Antitrust Practice Group, is co-chair of an upcoming Food and Drug Law Institute conference, “Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and Licensing Deals: Overcoming Antitrust Hurdles,” which will address antitrust issues facing transactions in the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech industries.  The conference will be held on November 15, 2005 at the L’Enfant Plaza Hotel in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Morse will also moderate two panels during the program:  “Antitrust Substance: Market Definition and Anticompetitive Theories,” and “International Antitrust: International Considerations.”
