Global Trade Seminar

Jeff Fromm, Michael Remington and Robert Skitol, members of the firm's Intellectual Property Group, will be featured speakers during a global trade seminar to be held September 22 in Stanford, CA. "Standardization and the Law: Developing the Golden Mean for Global Trade" will feature discussions on the key intellectual property, competitive and trade issues impacting global trade. Mr. Fromm's topic will focus on the standard settings process and patent commitments. Mr. Remington and Mr. Skitol will be part of the panel on Governments' Response to Standards, IP and Competition Conflicts.
