IRS and Social Security Announce 2010 Dollar Limitations

The IRS has announced Pension Plan Limitations and the Social Security Administration has announced the Taxable Wage Base for 2010. These amounts, which are the same as the 2009 amounts, are outlined in this Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Alert.
