Hedge Fund Alert: Court of Appeals Delays Its Order Vacating Hedge Fund Rule

This Hedge Fund Alert notes that the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit filed an order delaying the effectiveness of the decision to vacate the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (“SEC”) rules requiring many hedge fund managers to register as investment advisers pending any petition for a rehearing.
