Associate

Puja Leekha joined the firm in 2006 as an associate in the Products Liability & Mass Tort Practice Group. Her practice focuses on complex products liability litigation defense involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

Puja graduated from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2004, where she competed in Moot Court and served as the managing editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. She also served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Clifford J. Proud, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.

Prior to law school, Puja graduated with Dean’s List Honors from Northwestern University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering and a biotechnology specialization. From 1997 to 1999, she was a consultant with Accenture where she took on a variety of roles while performing management, business process, and IT consulting for commercial printing, financial services and major retail pharmacy clients. From 1999 to 2001, Puja was the associate director of investor relations with The Weiser Group where she designed and executed investor relations, corporate messaging and media relations initiatives for various clients.
