Nicholas J. Stevens assists clients who are facing litigation by conducting legal research, drafting legal motions and memorandums, and aiding senior lawyers in hearing preparation.
While in law school, Nicholas served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Ann Marie Donio, District of New Jersey and for the Hon. Dolores K. Sloviter, Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He also was as a judicial intern for the Hon. J. Curtis Joyner, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Prior to entering law school, Nicholas worked as a paralegal at an intellectual property firm where he assisted the attorneys with litigation matters including a patent infringement lawsuit that went to trial in the District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
