Prashant is a registered patent attorney with experience preparing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications in a variety of technical areas, as well as working with clients to strategically review their patent portfolios to identify strengths and weaknesses, including advising on patentability, validity and freedom to operate issues, providing pre-litigation assessments and opinions regarding patentability, and conducting IP due diligence for strategic transactions.
