Jenna M. Poligo represents a wide variety of clients in civil litigation in federal and state court and arbitrations involving complex commercial matters, including consumer protection claims, contract disputes, and corporate governance matters. Jenna also defends clients in criminal litigation in federal court and represents clients in investigations and enforcement actions by the United States Department of Justice, state Attorneys General, and other regulatory bodies.
Jenna also counsels clients on potential litigation and is a contributor to the firm’s TCPA blog. Jenna is a contributor to the firm's SEC Law Perspectives Blog, which provides reports, discussions, and analyses on noteworthy trends in enforcement and regulatory activity of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other agencies, such as the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
Jenna has an active pro bono practice, including contributions to an amicus curiae brief to the New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division.
Prior to practicing, Jenna clerked for the Honorable Gerald J. Pappert, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
