Caitlin B. Munley* represents a wide variety of clients in civil litigations in federal and state court on complex commercial matters, including consumer protection claims, contract disputes, and corporate governance matters. Caitlin has alternative dispute resolution experience, having served as counsel in multiple arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association. Caitlin has also represented clients in investigations and enforcement actions by the United States Department of Justice, state Attorneys General, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and other regulatory bodies.
Caitlin maintains an active pro bono practice, including contributing to a petition for writ of habeas corpus and an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court. While in law school, Caitlin worked as a legal intern for the Department of Health & Human Services Department Appeals Board and as a judicial intern for the senior judges of the District of Columbia Superior Court.
