Dennis W. Morrow assists his clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including consumer protection actions, contract disputes, employment actions, fraud claims, insurance disputes, and product liability actions. His practice spans federal and state courts, as well as arbitrations. He participates in pre-litigation counseling, discovery and dispositive motion practice, and trial and post-trial proceedings. His trial experience includes assisting in the defense of a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in four multi-week trials.
Dennis is an active participant in the firm’s pro bono efforts. He negotiated favorable settlements in connection with an inmate’s civil rights claims, and he represented a nonprofit organization in an appeal under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law. He also routinely represents clients in connection with the Homeless Advocacy Project, a nonprofit organization that provides legal and advocacy needs for homeless individuals and families in Philadelphia.
During law school, Dennis was an intern to the Honorable Gene E.K. Pratter in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and a two-year teaching assistant in the Legal Research & Writing Program.
