Matthew J. Meltzer works with clients on a variety of federal, state and local tax matters, including commercial and property transactions, acquisitions, and tax information reporting. Matt has assisted clients across industries, including financial services, health care, insurance, information technology and real estate development.
Prior to entering law practice, Matt worked as a financial advisor, assisting private clients with a variety of issues related to personal income and business entity tax planning, federal and state taxation audits, and income tax preparation. He has also worked with start-up companies and has assisted organizations in obtaining tax-exempt status.
Matt completed a federal judicial clerkship in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania after graduating from law school.
