Caitlin V. McHugh assists major pharmaceutical and medical device companies in the defense of products liability lawsuits by conducting legal research, drafting legal motions and memorandums, and aiding senior lawyers in hearing preparation.
While in law school, Caitlin was a law clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Professional Responsibility. Prior to attending law school, Caitlin studied chemistry and chemical biology at Cornell University and worked as an analyst for a defense contractor in the Washington, D.C. area.
