Jade Lall represents major pharmaceutical and medical device companies in the defense of product liability lawsuits, with a focus on mass tort proceedings. Jade has experience in pre-trial workup, discovery, motion practice, and expert retention, workup, and preparation. In addition, Jade has experience with international breach of contract disputes. She also advises companies on general corporate governance and evaluates potential risk exposure.
While in law school, Jade was a law clerk with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, primarily working on appellate issues. Prior to law school, she acquired extensive pharmaceutical experience while working at Baxter BioScience.
