Alan M. Kidd assists life insurers, property and casualty insurers, and BGAs in both litigation and regulatory matters regarding a variety of insurance-related issues. These issues include sales practices, suitability concerns, bad faith exposure, fraud, and rebating. Alan’s practice extends to a variety of courts around the country and includes advising foreign companies about U.S. law.
During law school, Alan interned with the late Honorable Thomas M. Golden of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and later served as a law clerk at Drinker Biddle.
