Denise Kaloudis oversees business development initiatives and supports the Corporate Restructuring, Investment Management, and Insurance Litigation and Coverage groups. She works closely with practice group and firm leaders to develop and implement business development strategies on both practice and firm-wide levels.
Previously, Denise was a Corporate Restructuring Associate at a large firm in New York where she represented high-profile Chapter 11 debtors and numerous large creditors. She then moved on to serve as Counsel in the Financial Restructuring Group at a different firm, where she represented sophisticated clients, including hedge funds, investment banks, and general unsecured creditors.
Prior to joining Drinker Biddle, Denise was a Business Development Senior Consultant at a company providing legal administrative services, where she primarily worked with the restructuring practice and led efforts to obtain new business, identify cross-marketing opportunities and build relationships with current and prospective clients.
