Eric L. “Rick” Johnson assists clients with antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) procedures, advising businesses subject to AD and CVD investigations on all aspects of administrative procedures, agency precedent, information collection and presentation, and on-site government audits.
Rick served as Program Manager, Import Administration, for the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he administered U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty laws. He has managed numerous high-profile antidumping investigations, including many involving steel products. Rick has acquired extensive experience on a broad range of consumer, industrial, and agricultural products, and has also worked on non-market economy methodology cases.
