Bradford J. Ham represents clients in a variety of business litigation and regulatory compliance matters. His practice primarily focuses on insurance litigation, structured settlements, annuities, consumer finance regulations, and matters related to escheat and unclaimed property. Brad also maintains a commitment to the firm’s pro bono efforts.
During law school, Brad worked at the Federal Communications Commission and the United States House of Representatives. Brad also served as Senator of the Student Bar Association and as Vice President of Lambda Law, the school’s LGBT student organization.
