Glenn E. Ferencz represents clients with respect to a wide range of tax-related matters and associated legal issues, including formation of investment and business entities (including regulated investment companies and real estate investment trusts), financings, private equity, restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions and partnership transactions. Glenn counsels institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity funds, venture capital funds and real estate investment funds. Glenn also represents clients on matters before the Internal Revenue Service and State Taxing Authorities.
Glenn is a certified public accountant. He also has been a speaker at numerous continuing legal education programs on tax matters.
