Isabelle A. Fabian assists clients across industries with various stages of legal proceedings and trial preparation, including legal research, writing motions, and drafting other legal memoranda.
Isabelle was a summer associate with Drinker Biddle in 2014. She joined the firm as an associate in September 2016. She has experience researching and drafting memoranda; drafting articles on topics such as e-discovery and business restructuring; preparing pleadings and Requests for Admissions; and drafting letters of intent and due diligence memoranda.
Isabelle served as a law clerk for the Hon. Marianne Espinosa, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, from August 2015 to August 2016. As a law clerk in the Appellate Division, Isabelle handled numerous appeals from the courts of law, equity, and various administrative agencies. She also was a judicial intern for the Hon. Anne M. Patterson of the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Hon. Douglas E. Arpert of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Isabelle is fluent in French.
