Daniel A. Dorfman represents major pharmaceutical and medical device companies in products liability cases involving prescription and over-the-counter medications, medical devices, and consumer products. He handles cases at the state and federal court levels, involving multidistrict litigation and state coordinated proceedings.
While in law school, Daniel was a senior associate member of the Pace Environmental Law Review. His comment The Changing Perspectives of U.S and Japanese Nuclear Energy Policies in the Wake of the Fukushima Daiichi Disaster was selected for publication in the 2013 edition. Daniel was selected to serve as a law clerk in the U.S EPA Clinical Legal Education Honors Program in Washington D.C, and worked extensively with the Post-Conviction Innocence Project.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was an associate at a New Jersey based regional law firm where he represented corporate clients in all areas of complex commercial litigation. After law school, Daniel served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rachelle L. Harz, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County.
