Mark F. Dever has worked on a variety of communications regulatory and appellate matters. He is head of the Telecommunications, Media and Technology Team.
Mark has advised several clients on their participation in the FCC's auctions of new wireless service spectrum and he has worked extensively on the development of the FCC's competitive bidding regulations.
Mark is also an accomplished author having penned several pleadings addressing communications privacy issues and a broad array of other telecommunications policy matters. Since the enactment of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, he has assisted in the representation of clients in the arbitration process to implement new local competition directives.
