Leslie J. Coletti assists insurers in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts nationwide over high face value insurance policies on a broad range of issues related to policy lapse, policy coverage, fraud and insurable interest. Leslie also counsels clients in connection with the administration of long term care policies under applicable law. In addition, she assists with counseling insurers and insurer trade associations in matters concerning unclaimed property audits. The past two springs, Leslie has also had the opportunity to return to her alma mater, Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, as a Teaching Fellow to assist with a “Writing Strategies for the Bar” course for third-year law students.
During law school, Leslie interned with the Honorable Lydia Y. Kirkland of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, and later completed a Drexel Law co-op as a law clerk in Drinker Biddle’s Insurance Department. Prior to law school, Leslie spent three summers interning with the Government Affairs Department at Cephalon, Inc., an international biopharmaceutical company.
