Craig L. Bazarsky assists a variety of U.S. and non-U.S. insurance clients on regulatory, licensing and corporate matters, including a variety of Holding Company Act filings. He has also assisted with the formation and licensing of insurance companies and with corporate governance and compliance issues.
Craig joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group in Philadelphia and transitioned to the Insurance Transactional and Regulatory Team.
While in law school, Craig served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Judge Jane Roth, Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to law school, Craig worked as an English Instructor at the French Ministry of Education in France.
