Kyla Rivera is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Group.
In General. Kyla earned her law degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A. cum laude from Hampton University where she was a Presidential Scholar. While in law school, Kyla was an associate editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law, a member of the American Inns of Court and treasurer of the Black Law Students Association. Kyla was also a participant in the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition and coached the competition the following year.
Prior to law school, Kyla was a fixed income trader for The Vanguard Group. During her time as a trader she earned her Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses.
