Representative Matters

  • Represented a major Taiwanese manufacturer in a substantial breach-of-contract action in the District of New Jersey. The matter was brought by the American distributor for our client. We achieved a complete defense jury verdict.
  • Filed suit against a major Korean conglomerate on behalf of a mid-size New Jersey office supply company. Our claim was that we had been sold millions of dollars’ worth of defective office equipment. We obtained a multi-million-dollar verdict from a jury in New Jersey state court. The case was handled on a contingency basis.
  • Defended a high-tech New Jersey company in a theft-of-trade-secrets matter brought in the District of New Jersey. After expedited discovery, we defeated the plaintiff’s application for a preliminary injunction at a plenary hearing. The case then settled.
  • Represented a major global retailer in consumer class-action cases in New York and New Jersey. Plaintiff was persuaded to settle for nominal amount and end its claims.
