Alan M. Kidd is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Department. Alan assists life insurers, property and casualty insurers, and BGAs in both litigation and regulatory matters regarding a variety of insurance-related issues. These issues include sales practices, suitability concerns, bad faith exposure, fraud, and rebating. Alan’s practice extends to a variety of courts around the country and includes advising foreign companies about U.S. law.
In General. Alan earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Drexel University School of Law in 2012, where he served as an Executive Editor of Articles for the Drexel Law Review. During law school, Alan interned with the late Honorable Thomas M. Golden of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and later served as a law clerk at Drinker Biddle. He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Bob Jones University in 2009, where he was an Avro Manhattan Scholar.
