Nicole A. Bayman is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. Nicole’s practice includes complex commercial real estate transactions, such as acquisitions, leasing, financing and dispositions, as well as land use planning and development. In addition, Nicole is proficient in real property tax matters. Nicole is also experienced with the establishment and registration of residential and commercial condominium projects.
Financing. Nicole has represented lenders and borrowers in complex financing transactions, loan modifications and portfolio deals.
Zoning and Land Use. Nicole has assisted in representing a variety of clients before municipal land use boards for zoning approvals, site plan approvals, variances and waivers. These clients include Princeton University, the Jets football franchise, and numerous industrial warehouse and office park developers.
Real Property Tax. Nicole has represented clients in all aspects of property tax litigation, including assisting clients in analyzing current real estate assessments, communication with local assessors, and property tax appeals before County Boards of Taxation and the New Jersey Tax Court.
In General. Following law school, Nicole served as law clerk to the Hon. Harold A. Kuskin, J.T.C. in the Tax Court of New Jersey. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School in 2004, where she was on the staff of the Journal of Legislation. Nicole received her bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in 2001 from the University of Scranton. While in college, Nicole was the captain of the women’s soccer team and an Adidas/NCAA Women’s Soccer All-American.
Nicole is a member of the New Jersey State, Mercer County and Princeton Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
