Zachary Z. Augustine counsels clients in litigation and compliance matters in connection with life insurance, property and casualty insurance, and long-term care insurance. A creative problem solver, Zach brings a corporate law background to his clients, having previously practiced transactional law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions at his previous firm.
During law school, Zach served as a producer of the NYU Law Revue. Zach is an active member of the Orpheus Club of Philadelphia, one of the oldest men’s singing organizations in the country.
Zach assists insurers in complex litigation, including putative class actions, involving a range of matters including the fraudulent procurement of life insurance, suitability, cost of insurance, personal and advertising injury coverage, and other coverage disputes.
Zach counsels domestic and foreign insurers with respect to regulatory and compliance issues such as privacy and security matters, premium finance laws, policyholder notices, and policy and premium loans.
