Nick Araco, Jr. has a broad and comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to the growth and business of the firm. He identifies new client prospects and drives business growth and requirements for key industry, practice and market-based development that are coordinated with the firm's practice, industry, and regional market leaders.
Nick is responsible for creating business development plans, and the design and implementation of processes to support business growth through customer and market definition. He works with partners and the Business Development Team to drive prospects through to new client award, including identifying new clients and markets, developing approaches to the market, identifying prospects, and proposal preparation.
Nick is also the co-founder, president, and chief executive officer of AchieveNext and The CFO Alliance — the professional community responsible for introducing disruptive knowledge-sharing to the C-suite in North America. Nick has empowered the decision-making of thousands of CFOs across North America, so he is considered one of the leading architects of new knowledge-sharing models for top executives that incorporate the collective wisdom of peers, subject matter experts, and academic authorities. He has previously appeared on Bloomberg TV and on NBC’s Today Show for his work with The CFO Alliance. Nick has been featured in numerous podcasts, quoted in several business and industry journals, including The Wall Street Journal’s CFO Journal. He hosts CFO of the Year Awards programs throughout the U.S.

Nick Araco has 20 years of experience consisting of corporate management, business development, marketing and national sales management. Nick is proficient in the reorganization and/or creation of marketing, sales, client services and operational business units designed to streamline operational processes; reduce operating costs in order to increase profit margin ratios; increase sales revenues through managed growth and new business development programs; and develop measurable client experience programs that drive client retention, repeat revenues and high client satisfaction scores.
