Mark Ansorge leads all firm-wide human resources functions and is responsible for professional development, employee relations and benefits for all lawyers and staff, and recruiting for staff and non-partner lawyers.
Mark leverages strategic HR and legal experience to develop innovative organizational initiatives that drive engagement, performance, retention and revenue. He collaborates effectively across the enterprise with a wide array of team members in order to advance the firm’s strategic plan and drive performance.
Mark serves as an ex officio member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
