The New Jersey Law Journal has named Princeton partner Ian Goldstein one of its “40 Under 40” for 2010. The 40 Under 40 are chosen from among their peers for distinguishing themselves in their practice areas while weaving their careers into the fabric of their professional and residential communities. The NJLJ editorial department selected the successful 40 based on their professional achievements -- as well as pro bono work and other volunteer activities. Ian was recognized for his “sophisticated practice, focusing on counseling entrepreneurs, emerging companies, angel investors and venture capital firms.” NJLJ also noted his position as vice-chair of the firm’s 75-lawyer Corporate and Securities Practice Group, as well as his service as chair of the firm's Professional Development Committee and on the Strategic Planning Committee. Ian is also the creator and host of Princeton StartUp Lawyer, a blog that encourages entrepreneurship in Princeton by providing general information helpful to entrepreneurs, startup companies and the individuals and entities that invest in them. Ian and the other successful nominees are featured in NJLJ’s annual 40 Under 40 magazine.
