Drinker Biddle Team Assists Quapaw Tribe with Indian Tribal Energy Development Template

Washington, D.C., partners Paul Moorehead and Kevin Wadzinski, member of Drinker Biddle’s Indian Tribal Governments practice, and Philadelphia partner Charles Congdon, a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group, assisted the Quapaw Tribe of Oklahoma in the drafting of the Indian Tribal Energy Development Template. The Template is the premier legal, financial and policy guide to developing renewable and non-renewable energy resources on Indian tribal lands. The Quapaw Tribe created the Template at the request of the Office of Indian Energy and Economic Development in the Office of the Assistant Secretary - Indian Affairs, U.S. Department of the Interior.
