Albany partner Matt Amodeo was interviewed by The Advisory Board Company for its quarterly General Counsel Agenda titled, “Provider Opportunities for Bundled Payments.”

As provider organizations consider participation in a range of federal and commercial payment innovation programs, bundled payments may offer hospitals an opportunity to partner with physicians around episodic care efficiency. Matt outlined the legal issues in-house counsel should be aware of in order to comply with state and federal laws.
