Associate

Mark J. Simons is an associate in the firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group. He joins the firm from Morgan Lewis & Bockius where he was an employee benefits associate. Prior to that, he was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York City.

In General. Mark earned his J.D. in 2003 from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark. In 1997 he received the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans in Brookfield, Wis. His bachelor’s degree is from Brigham Young University in Near East studies.
